Easy is not a word I would use when first trying this app. After initial frustration, I would say interesting and different.

Mr. Shuffle - Pick from Today

This is a fun 'sticker' app that you can decorate photos with. Add to sticker; pick and twist to resize and place. Currently Free! The best of the ones I've tried so far.
